Order Processing

The processing time for each product is clearly indicated on the product page. Please refer to the product page for more details. For custom-made and personalized items, a production time will be required. Customers can get an estimate of shipping costs for different available delivery methods in the special instructions on the shopping cart page.

Customers will receive an order confirmation email after placing their order. A shipping confirmation email with a tracking number will also be sent to customers once the package has been shipped.

Order Cancellation

We can accept the cancellation of an order if the order has not yet been shipped. We must also receive the cancellation request via email within 24 hours of placing the order. We do not accept order cancellations for personalized items. Any order cancellation will incur a 20% cancellation fee applied to the order amount (excluding shipping costs). If the item has already been shipped and you wish to cancel the order, please refer to our return policy. If you have any concerns or questions, please contact our customer service.
