Please fill out this form and submit it to us. We will contact you shortly to arrange the return details.
Returned items must meet the following conditions, here is the checklist:
- Has not been used, altered, or worn
- Has not been washed
- Is in the same new condition as when received, with the tag attached
- Free gifts (if any) are included
The customer must return the item within 14 days of receipt. Any item returned after this 14-day period will not be accepted.
You can choose to receive a refund or a promo code for the returned item. Shipping fees are non-refundable for both options. There will be a 20% restocking fee on the price of the returned item for any refund. Alternatively, you can choose to receive a promo code (equivalent to the price of your returned item) to use for future orders, which will not incur any restocking or handling fees.
