14-Day Return Policy
You can return the item to us for a refund within 14 days of receiving it. We only accept items returned in their original new condition with the product tag attached, and they must be returned in the original packaging bag.
Any missing items from the returned package or any used item will not be eligible for a refund. Custom-made and personalized items (e.g., color, style, fit) are not accepted for return and refund. A refund will be issued after the item is received, inspected for its condition, and confirmed that the returned item has not been used, altered, combed, or worn.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs to return the item.
No Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges.

Item Return Form
If you wish to return your item, you must first complete and submit this form before sending your item. We will then provide you with a return address, as our return address is different from the one on your received package. We cannot guarantee a refund without the submission of this form.
